I enrolled as a part-time student because I work full-time. The part-time program has worked great for me because it allows me enough time to continue working and still have free time. For me, school has been a complete learning experience. Everything from making new friends and working together to learning technical skills and what the beauty industry is all about. I've had wonderful teachers to help me through it all. It's amazing what you can learn in 1500 hours. I feel like I've become a whole new person.

I'm ready to take on the real world. I'm so excited to start my career as a Cosmetologist. I've worked for three different hair salons and I've chosen the salon I want to work for. My favorite service is cutting and styling but I enjoy doing color services as well. School has taught me that it is best to be well-rounded with my skills and try everything. Honestly, I never knew that school could be so much fun and informative at the same time. I will never forget my experiences at beauty school. I'm grateful that I attended Arlington Academy.
